The first project of the emerging Ontario Nonprofit Network (ONN) is to provide an analysis and response to the Ontario government’s recent process to modernize the nonprofit legal framework in Ontario. Through the work of an Expert Working Group, the ONN has released a brief regarding Consultation Paper #1 and #2.

STAND UP is an innovative and exciting challenge issued by the Global Call to Action Against Poverty and the United Nations Millennium Campaign.
The Social Planning Network of Ontario (SPNO) is a coalition of social planning councils (SPC), community development councils (CDC), resource centres, and planning committees located in various communities throughout Ontario. Each of the individual organizations has their own mandates but are connected in the cause of effecting change on social policies, conditions, and issues.
It is the goal of this Website to provide information about the various member agencies/councils/committees of the SPNO. These include:
